• i went to hollywood today.. it was amazing
• in John F. Kennedy airport, there is a mosque in the Terminal 4 .. you can go from any terminal by using the Air Train which is free when moving from one terminal to another.. in Terminal they also have a locker where you can store your luggage.. they took $11 per 24 hours depending on the size of the bag.. but this is the range..
• couldnt pray el 3sr ontime.. the sun came to sunset.. i was in the transportation.. went to the store afterthat.. when i came out, i found an old lady dressed in black.. vailed.. taking a side in the park beside the supermarket.. and praying… felt *#$@
• i won a raffle (2or3a) that was last week.. i went to a dinner for a group of people fund raising for an organic farm run by volunteer for the society. they distributed some numbers.. i just simply decided to win.. and i did! not that i control the world.. but this is how it happens.. i won a bottle of wine!! and a clothe bag.. how sweet
• it is so nice to watch “prison break” or a movie and then point to a scene and say “i have been here”
• i watched the movie “seven pounds” and “Yes Man” hilarious.
• funny: was in the bus.. a pretty girl came in.. the driver asked her.. are you swedish? She said: really? you think i am swedish? no i am israeli.. then she came and sat one chair away from me. we sneaked looking at each others.. she felt something for sure! new experience..
• most of the americans so far.. whenever you meet anyone in the street or pass by him.. he gives you a gentle smile .. and nodding sometimes.. sweet too..
• in New York airport.. they have that thing like the minority report movie.. mesh awy .. bss a huge touch screen for you to check the news.. see below

• bought a sleeve case for the new laptop from amazon.com.. waiting for it to arrive this week isA
• DVD rental is for $1 per night.. a machine, you use your credit card, if you dont return the DVD, they will charge you $1 for every extra night till you return it.. and before going to the machine, you can check on the website to see what movies available in which machine..
• if you smoke, eat or drink, or use any device with a lound sound like music or anything else, if you do this in the public transportation, you get $250 ticket ( gharama ) amazing
• Traveling gives you the chance to speak about yourself. what you realy believe in, because you will need to give reasons, which you will sometimes find that they dont make sense, then you re-think and try to analyze and renovate.. it simply changes you and lets you get to know yourself better.
• dont stay home when you travel.. just lose your way in the city or in any city..it takes you to very nice places with unexpectable events..
• it is really refreshing when you walk in a street that smells roses.. because they planted them all over the side.. yummm..
• most of the mexican food is made using “lard” which is fat from pigs.. becareful when you travel.
• last week i met a strange patient.. he is 64 years old.. complainting that he can’t go to the GYM!! any more .. why is that? because he was painting someone’s house and somehow twisted his elbow so he can’t lift heavy objects.. this is not funny.. the funny is that he has AIDS and Prostate cancer.. and has that inflammatory syndrome in the colon that makes him lose his mucosa every month or so.. he has cardiac problems so had open heart surgery.. he replaced 5 coronary artires with veins from his leg.. he has DVT.. WTF!! he used to go to the gym.. he has a girlfriend now!!! and enjoys cooking and watching TV.. i dont think he has anything else to do.. Viva Mr. Salvador.. you are alive!

• when your supervisor doctor takes a vacation, dont go to the clinc go to hollywood .. ha ha haa
• there is an application for the iphone that detects your location and gives you directions for the closest bathroom… users can review bathrooms regarding the cleanness and soo.. GPS is the future..
• the Highway has electronic signs.. when the police is chasing a car or something, all those signs show the car number and model.. so everybody on the highway can call 911 when he spots the runner
• you can have a special car plates so instead of ” غ ب ي ٢٣٣ “  mallaky masr, you can have it ” superstar” you will just pay extra money and will need to find an available name which is not taken bu anyone else..
• i had a nightmare that i cameback to Egypt now.. that was scary .. real bad .. looool not before a month from now please..
• San Fransisco is know of two things.. homeless people and gays.. no there is a third type: homless gays we will see that..

• in El Monte Station.. the restrooms have no doors!! why? please why? no sign of violance.. was it intentionally left like that?
• isn’t funny? i come from Egypt to USA to buy a T-shirt which is made in Egypt and is not sold in Egypt..
